Going to bed now. 9am lecture can go fuck itself.

What the hell is this?

So I just logged onto Blogger and I've found some posts I did about 4 years ago. Reading them back to myself, I had to actually ask whether this was ME writing those. I sound like a freaking weirdo.

A terrible lot has changed since then... I'm not obsessed with him anymore. Even though I watched a film with him in a few days ago and he looked absolutely stunning. Like, the image of perfection. And that's when I realised I can only ever love men in movies.

I'm now a party freak and I am regularly getting called an 'alchie' too - it's starting to worry me and I'm scared I'm turning into too much of an extrovert and I'll end up pissing people off - but I love to party. This feels like it should be, you know. The good times are now, not in the past. In opposition to Bryan Wilson's album title, I Was Indeed Made For These Times ;)

All modern music is rubbish

All Modern Music Is Rubbish!

Discuss

This theory implies that all music that has been developed after the 1750’s is simply not very good. Many different types of music have been used and created after this time period, so it is hard to determine whether this music is actually ‘rubbish’ or not. In some people’s opinions, music developed before the year 1750 is considered as not the best music, but this can depend on taste and whether they have actually listened to all the different types of music in this era.
‘Modern’ music is often thought and confused to be music that has come out in the past decade and is often seen as music that does not use as much creativity nor has as much classical context as music in the classical period. But it is impossible to consider it rubbish as we can not obtain and determine whether the music of the classical period is necessarily all better than the music in the last two centuries, and plus none of us have ever lived that long to know whether it was not ‘rubbish’ or not.
Lots of great music has been developed since 1750 – think about legends of the sixties that we can remember more clearly even to this day – The Beatles, The Who, Pink Floyd, The Eagles, and amazing artists such as Arthur Lee and his psychedelic band Love (if you’ve never heard of them, go buy a copy of Forever Changes, which is considered one of the best albums of all time.) Modern music cannot be ‘rubbish’ with people like this - John Lennon, Syd Barrett, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix… all outstanding music artists who will never be forgotten. Yes there may be people such as Bach and Vivaldi and other artists who produced music that was not ‘modern’ and ‘rubbish’, but the musical legends we’ve had in the past 40 years are just as great as them. Therefore modern music is not ‘rubbish’. The end.

Quadratics

So me & Charlotte didn't get to film episode 5.. we still did some funny problem-solving and had a whale of a time. Charlotte has the best quotes - like the one I had to say to mom. Haha. 'Twas pure hilare all night long, and at about 11pm Charleii came out with one of the most random and funniest things ever. We were just about to go to sleep when she blurted out, "I wonder what **'s farts smell like!" hmm. good times.

Hello blogger!

Indeed.. hello blogger. I'm about to travel into town to meet ma best buddy Charlotte, & we're gonna hang out and eat & stuff and then come back to my place. Speaking of my place.. Hayley came round yesterday at 12:45 and we did fun stuff all day until 8pm. We watched loadsa youtube videos and then Squid. Anyway gotta go on that trip into town.. i'll update you later or tomorrow.. bye. x

Updates 2nd June 07: I thought I'd add some more about mine & Hayley's random day on the 31st May to make this post longer & more exciting. We spent most of our time on the computer spying on Harry Lloyd and Daniel Radcliffe [who are both loved by Hayley very muchly. <3 For me it's not the same about Daniel, but more about Harry. Will Scarlett. Yum] Anyway we pissed around for a few hours and then we went to watch Squid, which Hay hasn't seen before but I have several times. We didn't have many good cinema snacks to eat like popcorn, crisps or any coke to drink whilst watching it so mom suggested we go to the shops to buy some. But it was raining outside and we just couldn't be arsed so we had a fun random snackathon - Matchsticks, biscuits, cream cheese, margarine, cranberry juice to drink and the only chocolate bars I had left were penguins. We had a lotta fun laughing our asses off at the film then we recorded random stuff with the vid camera, watched the sad end of 'Doctor Who - Doomsday' on YouTube and went downstairs to stuff ourselves with egg, chips & beans whilst watching the "fire in Sushi rox" episode from the second series of Zoey 101. Then we went back upstairs to have a chat with several peeps on MSN and laughed our asses off once again to the theme tune of 'Cory in the House' which i forgot to mention earlier - as soon as Hayley arrived at my house we watched the crazy episode where the president wears a mustache in the mall. Oh yeah, and we both love Jason Dolley. Fo lyfe. The end.

Wellll..

I think the main problem with me accessing that other account was the fact that I was running an older version of Internet Ex.. tried to download a new one but that crapped up, so now I'm using Firefox. I hope everything works out alright on this browser.

Oh yeah more stuff to update you: I stayed in Scotland until yesterday then I came home and watched One Hour Photo. & that's about it.
